The Studio is a locally-owned, non-profit Music, Dance, and Activity Center for the Centreville, Brent and surrounding communities.
The vision of the Studio is to provide artistic education and opportunity for students to develop their God-given creativity through the arts and to provide resources for building a stronger and healthier community. We are a locally owned, locally run, nonprofit arts and activity center for Centreville, Brent, and the surrounding communities. We offer ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop dance, and baton for children. We also offer private instruction in piano, guitar, and violin, voice, and Kindermusik classes to introduce young children to music. Karate and Jiu-Jitsu classes are open to both children and adults. We engage in community outreach that will help transform the future of the communities we serve.

DANCE
Dance 1 - Ballet and tap for 3-year olds. Classes are on Wednesdays from 4:15-5:00 PM. Tuition is $35 per month.
Dance 2 - Ballet and tap for 4-year-olds. Classes are on Tuesdays s from 5:15-6:00 PM. Tuition is $35 per month.
Dance 3 - Ballet and tap for Kindergarteners. Classes are on Mondays from 4:00-4:45 PM. Tuition is $35 per month.
Dance 4A - Ballet and jazz for 1st & 2nd graders. Classes are on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Dance 4B - Ballet and jazz for 1st & 2nd graders. Classes are on Thursdays from 5:00-6:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Dance 5 - Ballet and jazz for 3rd graders. Classes are on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Dance 6 - Ballet and jazz for 4th graders. Classes are on Mondays from 4:45-5:45 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Dance 7 - Ballet and jazz for 5th and 6th graders. Classes are on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Dance 8 - Ballet and jazz for 7th graders with at least one year of experience. Classes are on Thursdays from 4:30-5:45 PM. Tuition is $45 per month.
Dance 9 - Ballet, jazz, and contemporary for 8th graders and up with teacher permission. Classes are on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 PM. Tuition is $50 per month.
Modern Dance - Lyrical and Hip-hop dance styles for ages 10 and up. Classes are on Mondays from 4:45-5:45 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Ballet Technique - Pre-Pointe technique for ages 9 and up with teacher approval. Classes are on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Ballet en Pointe - Pointe technique for students with teacher approval. Classes are on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Intermediate Tap - Tap class for students enrolled in Dance 4-7. Classes are on Tuesdays from 6:00-6:45 PM. Tuition is $30 per month.
Advanced Tap - Advanced tap class for students enrolled in Dance 7-9. Classes are on Thursdays from 5:45-6:30 PM. Tuition is $30 per month.
BATON
Baton I - Baton for beginners or less than 2 years experience, ages 7 and up. Classes are on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Baton II - Baton for those with 2 or more years of experience, ages 9 and up. Classes are on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
JIU-JITSU
Kids Jiu-Jitsu - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids ages 7-18. Classes meet on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
Adult Combatives - Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ages 13 and up. Gracie Combatives meets Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 PM. Tuition is $75 per month.
Women Empowered - Self-Defense using Jiu Jitsu for women ages 13 and up. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 PM. Tuition is $75 per month.
Adult Master Cycle - Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for students who have completed Combatives level. Classes meet Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 PM. Tuition is $75 per month.
KARATE
Taekwondo - For children ages 6-17. Classes meet on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM. Tuition is $40 per month.
MUSIC
Piano - Weekly 30-minute private lessons for children (ages 5+) and adults. Tuition is $65 per month.
Piano One-Hour - Weekly 1-hour private lessons for children (ages 6+) and adults., with teacher permission. Tuition is $130 per month.
Kindermusik - Weekly interactive music classes for children ages 1-4 and their parents. Classes are on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 PM. Tuition is $45.
Guitar - Weekly 30-minute private lessons for children (ages 6+) and adults. Tuition is $65 per month.
Mandolin - Weekly 30-minute private lessons for children (ages 6+) and adults. Tuition is $65 per month.

ART
Art 1 - Basic drawing and painting for children ages 6-9. Classes are on Thursdays from 3:45-4:30 PM. Tuition is $35 per month.

General Policies
Tuition Payment: In addition to the $25 annual registration fee, tuition is $20-$45 per month, depending on class, from September to May. Payment is due at the first class of every month. A $10 late fee will be assessed after the 10th of each month. There will be a $10 service charge on all returned checks, and all following payments must be made by cash, card, or money order.
Attire: Each class has required, assigned attire, which can be purchased through the Studio.
Hair should be pulled back into a ponytail or bun, if long enough. If too short, please fix hair away from face. No large earrings or jewelry.
General Policies: Arrive punctually and dressed for class. Please account for time to change clothes and use the bathroom prior to class time. This is especially important for our young students. Always bring required books, shoes, uniform to every class. All supplies need to be labeled and should be carried in a bag. Shoes for class should not be worn outside. All bags and personal belongings are to be kept in the holding area. Students should wait in the waiting area until class time. Please drop off and pick up students on time—Studio staff cannot be responsible for supervision of students outside of class time. For safety, horseplay of any kind will not be tolerated.
Recitals: Students will be responsible for the cost of costumes if required.
