Safety for Your Visit

Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff and residents of the communities we serve, which is why we are taking the following precautionary measures to limit the spread of respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19:

At all of our health centers, we are continuing to screen ALL individuals at entry for fever and signs of a possible respiratory illness.

All providers and staff will continue to wear masks. Per CDC guidance, we ask that patients and visitors wear a mask if community levels are high and/or if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms. If you do not have a mask, staff will provide one for you.

 

Try an eVisit

We are offering online video visits via eVisit, allowing our patients to connect with one of our providers without having to come into our clinic. These visits are billable to all major insurances for both medical and mental health visits. For details, visit

DENTAL SERVICES

Our dental offices are still open for all procedures and routine cleanings!

We have reviewed safety recommendations from several organizations and would like to inform you of a few new infection control procedures we're implementing at our dental offices to help protect our patients and staff:

  • We will have hand sanitizer available for you to use when you enter the office. You will also find hand sanitizer in the reception area and in other locations throughout the clinic for you to use as needed.

  • Our staff will be wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and will be cleaning the office well between each patient in order to protect each of you.

Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations, and the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may certainly cause overwhelming feelings of fear and anxiety for some people.

You may notice some of these common signs of anxiety and stress:

  • An increase or decrease in your energy and activity levels

  • Having trouble relaxing or sleeping

  • Inability to feel pleasure or have fun

  • Loss of appetite or eating too much
