Things To Know:

  • Entrance for Brent Elementary School clinic is located in the back of the school, down the alley between lunch room and school building..follow arrow on sign…ring doorbell for entrance.

  • Entrance for West Blocton Elementary School clinic is located on the front of the building, two doors down from the main entrance.

  • Parents can be present during visits. If a parent is not present, clinic staff will communicate every step of the visit by phone.

  • No medications or vaccines will be given until clinic staff has spoken to a parent for approval first.

  • Appointments ca be made after school hours.

  • Appointments can be made at either school-based clinic, no matter which school your child attends.

  • Insurance will be billed. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

  • Social services are available to provide assistance with insurance enrollment as well as applying for Cahaba’s sliding fee program.
